Prepare rice according to package directions. On a stovetop, simmer 1 cup rice in 1 1/2 cups of water with olive oil or salt for 15 minutes or until water absorbs. Or, microwave 1 3/4 cups water and above ingredients on HIGH for 5 min, at 50% power for 10 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes.
